    We still benefit from the export, it just means that the manufacturing function is outsourced. It's not an ideal situation, hopefully manufacturing costs here will come down now once the property madness is over.

    There are many many companies on that trip who aren't mentioned on this thread. None of the companies selling direct to the Chinese in China have been mentioned. It's quite funny that no one else has noticed yet that Timoney are on the trip. It looks like we're now selling military equipment to the Chinese. Or at least trying too.

    Timoney were not listed by me because:

    (a) they paid their own way
    (b) they could sell their technology without the help of Cowan or E.I.

    and you should be careful of what you say about them because they are not selling military tech in China, they have licensed their wheel drive systems - non mil.

    they along with Silver Hill are probably the only companies truly exporting to China
