Open the M3 Now! Sign the online petition!

People in Cavan, Meath and the entire North-East have waited long enough, its time to open the M3 Motorway now. Let the Government know by signing the petition.

We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when creating them

Hey brains. "Dissent" isn't silenced on indymedia. Nothing is deleted unless it violates certain clearly laid down rules, which are a lot less strict that the moderation on here.

Secondly, when badinage said he wishes he could still delete posts, he was referring to his own post.

Thirdly, online petitions are absolutely meaningless, and a waste of time.

Finally, the M3 hasn't been built, so it's pretty stupid having a thread calling for it to be opened.

yeah that's pretty much what confused me. My original post was asking - in total ignorance of the M3 situation - whether the reason it hadn't been opened was actually because maybe it wasn't finished (as opposed to some Evil Shadowy Conspiracy by Those Corrupt Fat-Cats in Leinster House against the Noble "People in Cavan, Meath and the entire North-East")

No no no, this is a TK Whiskers thread. Given that the corrupt fat-cats in Leinster House (i.e. FG and Labour, definitely not Fianna Fail) aren't actually in power, the Shadowy Conspiracy incolves those PCGM, Dublin 4 latte, hippie luddites (although I doubt if TK Whiskers would ever use a word like "luddite") who hate progress and ORDINARY, DECENT people, and care more about trees than humans etc etc etc

We should go ahead with the bypasses of the major towns.
