GB finished 7th in the team event - so we don't think it would affect them - but we believe it could affect the medals. Think something should develop in next 10 mins with a press conference at 1100 BST.

RTE News are confirming that Lynch was disqualified after the horse failed a drugs test.
A Class A doping drug was found in the horse's bloodstream. It was a drug used to ease pain in the joints.

News has it they were taken off the roster - they did not voluntarily go. The infringement was for capiscum levels in the blood tests.

Once again the Irish bourgeoisie has disgraced us.

It is a derivative - I think capsaicin is the active (not a pharmacologist!) and if placed topologically on tissue already inflamed or damaged causes hypersensitivity to pain - so yes your observation of hothole is probably correct! I think if it is also given intravenously it acts like aspirin, i.e., it can be pain relieving.

The travellers got beaten in their second fight. It was the working class dubs and the Fenian that did the business for us.
