I said nothing about participating. I pointed out that the rest of us are obliged to think the same way as they do. Anyone who states the obvious(people of the same sex were never intended to mate with each other) are proclaimed to be ignorant nasty people, this is the way Hitler started etc. It's the same for people who say that they have religious objections to homosexuality. Not too long ago an evangelical English couple were arrested after the managers of a library reported that a 'homophobic incident' had taken place. They had visited the library to ask about leaving pamphlets there discussing the Christian view of homosexuality.

Who said anything about mating. Of course gay people aren't going to reproduce. Just because they can't reproduce, does that mean they can't love each other? Where does that logic leave infertile heterosexuals, and post-menopausal women? Neither of those two groups were meant to have kids.
