Done and dusted. (UEFA Finals: Zenit SPb-Rangers 2:0)

    They had an excellent goalkeeper.

They had a referee who ignored obvious streetfighting on their part.

They knew how to mob into their own gate area as if they wanted to partition it from the greenfield.

    The Huns still lost.

St. Petersburg has taught the world a lesson. You DON'T win soccer by being rough. You win if you're a proper team of proper soccer players.

I happy for Scottish football that they got as far as they did.

I'm surprised at you using an anti-Protestant sectarian term like that, Michael.
I'm also surprised to hear you talk up the pedestrian talent that is Zenit (though as a CSKA fan, who really enjoyed the FIRST time a Russian team won a European trophy, I probably would say that.)

Oh, very good, the impeccable source that is....'urban dictionary' The term 'hun' originates from 1969 when Rangers played Newcastle. Such was the behaviour of the rangers fans, the local paper referred to the as 'marauding huns from across the border' the following day.

Hard not to agree with them really, the huns hunting down a policeman 'like a pack of wolves' (Sky Sports) Last night.

Their poor behaviour in no way excuses your use of bigoted sectarian terminology.

Talking bollocks as normal as CSKA Moscow won it in 2005 in Lisbon.
