Cult make submissions to Dáil Committee

    http://www.unison.ie/irish_independe...issue_id=12978
And no, I'm not referring to Sinn Fein

The Church of Scientology gave oral submissions to the Education Committee yesterday, saying that prison inmates whould stay in jail until they can read and write properly
There was a piece on the 1 o clock news yesterday about it, and FG's David Stanon asked them if they were just having a laugh!

This is the second time in recent months that a cult (or cult-like) body has gotten access to Leinster House. Reports said that Senator Kathleen O' Meara had facilitated attempts by "Landmark" to make inroads into the Labour Party. Although it was made clear that the Stickies were still the only people exerting mind-control and brain-washing techniques within Labour at the moment.

So whats behind all this political hobb-nobbing with cults recently?

The Gerry Ryan dude that appeared on Joe Duffy yesterday must be in serious trouble with his elders after his performance. He practically admitted that they didn't know what they were about, and then that Fortune guy came on to talk about what they had done to his brother and Ryan lost the plot completely.

    I was wetting myself!

I really loved the bit where he started claiming that Mennonite Christians are a cover for drug cartels, and that the Moonies, Jim Jones and David Koresh should be entitled to address the Dail Committee.

I did a bit of Googling to find out more and found this website. http://www.xenu.net/

More today on Joe Duffy I think.

Money has no motherland; financiers are without patriotism and without decency; their sole object is gain.” Napoléon Bonaparte

Perhaps a change of title might be in order - they have notoriously twitchy trigger fingers when it comes to defamation.

Whats wrong with keeping inmates in until they can read and write . it might give them a better chance in life and cost less than offering them a revolving door .

I thought it was interestign that it was Jan O' Sullivan from Labour who invited them to speak before the committee.

And yes it was Kathleen O' Meara of Labour who invited Landmark into Leinster House.

What other shower of cults have Labour been associating with lately

Chairman of the Education Committee whoever he or she is, remains silent. I'ts a disgrace that the Scientlologists should hav access to parliament. They will parade these pictures around the world. "Church addresses irish Parliament". Are we crazy ? Fraid so

They should not be persecuted for their failings intellectually.
