    stunning ? in the negative sense i take it. the full menance of slab ? i take it then that if you feel slab is a menace you dont have any basic factual inofmation about the man ? ? seems like just another victim to the propaganda ere of Paul Williams.

    Because they could well end up as eejits if they did and their public profile is far too high for them to be seen to fail.
    Oh, yes - the public is keenly worried about CAB's success rate. They see successful prosecutions but what about the ones that are quietly shelved?

    Besides, arrest and questioning are one thing - evidence is entirely another matter and isn't that what the state upholds as its touchstone of justice?
