    Apologies if I've misunderstood you.
Can you explain how gender selective abortions might become a policy?

    Get your act together.

The 8th is a a laughing stock and you are flailing around arguing why it is sound law and policy including talking bollocks about some putative future situation in which Irish women "demand a termination" because the ultrasound says their baby is not of the desired sex.

The Irish health care system is a joke. The idea that ordinary Irish women are marching into hospitals ready to abort their baby if it isnt what they wanted from the POV of blue or pink is ludicrous.

Imagine you have to pay a GP for a consultation. Sh*t system.
As opposed to the NHS that forced women to go to the High Court to access life saving Herceptin when it was available to women here in the public system?

You're rants are not logical or fair Eagle. All healthcare systems struggle, we do better at some things and worse at other things. The majority of people on this planet envy the access we have to healthcare.

Ultrasounds eh ... have you watched one on a 14 week old fetus?

Women are being deceived about what an abortion is....now where have we heard this one before (6.04 but interesting to watch from the start). Chr*st, she even questions why women find making the decision to have an abortion hard but not when they're having an appendectomy.

Is there any reason why you singled out the RCC?
No idea why an Irish woman would single out the RCC, like really? A country where more than 90% of parents have zero choice on a non catholic school for their children.

If the population outstrips production and/or the carrying capacity of the land.

It's practiced in China I think, and not for cultural reasons.

We have an obesity epidemic. We eat too much. We use energy like toilet paper.
