What are you claiming now you loon? That there are a million wannabee immigrants massed on the shores of Libya as we speak? Maybe you should lie down in a darkened room for a few decades.

Do you know many people working in the construction industry? There are lay-offs left right and centre. A good friend of mine, who is engaged and has a daughter, was let go just before Christmas. There are foreigners still working at his company doing the job he used to do. That's displacement. He's also going to have a hard time finding another job because a man with a family needs a bigger income than a Polish guy who can live 10 to a house with his mates. This isn't the fault of the immigrants who come here to work - it's the fault of the Government for allowing it to reach such farcical proportions.
my company has is having its slowest january on record and there is only enough work for 30 per cent of the work force. I work in construction and evry one I talk to says the same , in fact people are now looking to go to london to work, unfortunately when they go over there they will find the place is flooded with immigrants working on all the sites, having been displaced in their own country by immigrants they will find themselves displaced again in blighty. But I must be wrong I only work on the ground in the cponstruction industry what would I know.
What? When Irish people go as immigrants to work in London, they'll find the place flooded with immigrants?!

Bloody immigrants! Going to other countries and stealing other immigrants' jobs! Will nobody put an end to this madness!

Its from the Guardian newspaper - are you questioning the PC credentials of the Guardian

Up to a million migrants have gathered in Libya, from where they will attempt to sail across the Mediterranean for Europe and, ultimately, the UK.

As we have totally fecked the economy up its is only a matter of time before most of them go on somewhere better.
At least in the meantime they have brought some much needed new genes in to the stagnant old pool

Every paper f*cks up now and again. A million people massed on the shores of Libya this month?

Surely someone would have posted a satellite image of this amazing phenomenon on the web by now? Any chance of a link, or is this just more of your paranoid bullsh*t?

Edit: just read the BBC story. What a weird interpretation of large-scale immigration to Libya.

The facts (as opposed to the bullsh*t speculation) mentioned in this story state that 1 million immigrants from other African countries have moved to Libya. Last year, Libyan authorities prevented around 40,000 people from travelling to Europe illegally.

40,000, 1 million? Sure what difference does it make? Aren't they all black anyway? Right Catalpa?
