Don't terrorists generally find most legal systems unfair and corrupt? Has Sinn Féin ever accepted any decision by courts in Ireland or Britain which convicted an IRA member?

i wouldn't be surpriced if it was found to be currupt, personally considering the pedestal that solisitors gaurds judges are put on and concidering human nature i wouldn't be surprice if persons took advatage of it and concidering the pedestal again it makes it hard for people to challange it, e.g the priests bussness men and politicians up to the 90's in irish society, so wouldn't be supriced if there was curruption
and concidering john lonergan governor of mountjoy repeted coments that he can count on his fingures the area's in dublin where the majority of his prisioners come from then yes i think it's correct to say the Irish judicial system is unfair is there is such a clear economic bias in the system.

This is sidetracking away from the topic again. Shouldnt there be a different thread about the Irish judicial system and possible garda corruption?

I'll take that as a yes.

So again I ask: should every prisoner in Ireland be set at liberty ?

    Barry,
The three men were found NOT GUILTY and then a colombian court overturned that verdict on a whim because they didn't like it, that was not justice. The government should let the three alone. To be honest I find it hard to believe this wasn't part of a deal. Why would Jim Monaghan risk his freedom by granting interviews if their status wasn't secured?
