    Location, context, venue, occasion, reason for the song ie whether it was genuine concern for the famine victims or just drunken bigotry.

    1. The Holocaust has been equated to the Famine all over this site.

    2. Mocking Scottish football supporters for singing about the real Holocaust - would not be a prisonable offence.
