Oh, sweet Lord. I checked up that IAIS site linked and wasn't too surprised to find the usual pro-IRA American outlook they seem so fond of: no news stories that don't deal directly with the North, "news links" that focus exclusively on the nationalist/Southern/Irish-American media, third-rate journalism (there is no such newspaper as the "Ulster Newsletter") and so forth. Normally, I'd turn a blind eye to this drivel, except for the fact that it claims, in the "About IAIS" section, to be "objective".

I know there are discrepancies between American English and Hiberno/British English, but this...

    green,

At first your words infuriated me but after reading your post again and considering the source... more power to you! The only thing that you have accomplished is the unveiling of your own ignorance.

After meeting Northern Ireland Secretary Peter Hain in London, the party said not only had it raised concerns about the scaling down of the Army presence in the North but they were also angry about the failure to reconstitute the Policing Board.

Mr Paisley said the IRA was having its own way since declaring an end to its armed campaign.

“We told him that the majority of the people of Northern Ireland are very angry,” the DUP leader said.
