Tomorrow's Busines Post is speculating that the Childrens Hospital will be in Blanch

Are Leo and Joan being rewarded for agreeing to the Strokes? Reilly got his PCC's so they get the Hospital

You've no idea how wring it felt to be typing that in the first instance. However, my point still holds. My point being that not all politics is local, and that this is a case study in this small fact.

Are we to presume that the "criteria" attached to awarding the new childrens hospital to whatever site will be published???
