Is this the one who used to live in Italy?

Or she could get herself pregnant by an Irish citizen. After all it worked for that student of Palmerstown Community School who was only supposed to be allowed to stay until he finished his Leaving Cert. Then he got a third level place, then impregnated an Irish girl and hey presto ! he can stay. Bloody joke.

I sincerely hope this woman is sent packing, I'm sick to the teeth of bogus asylum seekers making our immigration laws into a sick joke. I also hope they don't waste the opportunity to send more scammers packing on the same flight.

This is a great start for Ireland, let's hope it continues. Get them all out.

How about all immigrants are relocated to one county under a compulsory purchase order, say Longford, and, receive no entitlements, have a 50 hour minimum work weeks and dormitory style secure housing.

That would ensure that they do not sponge off the state, taint the great Irish culture in any way, or commit criminal acts against anbody other than themselves.

The number of offspring they produce should also be limited. A modest proposal don't you think?

Guys, if people are going to be so lazy to start a thread with little or not context or content, then the thread won't last long.

Well I for one would be glad to see the back of her. Yet another high profile scammer blackening the reputation of legitimate refugees.

The standard that would have been set if she won her case would open pandoras box. Given the ruthless nature of people trafficers, vunerable children would be exploited in horrendus fashion just to guarnetee resideance in Ireland, of that I have no doubt. I very much doubt that those backing her case (claiming to support refugees while actually undermining them) gave the possible fall out from her winning her case a second thought.

And how much is this case going to cost? - all these cases cost mega bucks.

These appeals strokes are a joke.

she is entitled to due process if her case is as open and shut as some people seem to think then she will be deported. If not then she is entitled to stay and exhaust every avenue if she feels she has a case. How would people feel if she was deported and something terrible happened to her??
