Government clearly getting worried over the campaigns urging people not to register - this will give the opposition some renewed momentum.

The state pays for urban sewerage from everybodys tax?
If urban dwellers pay themselves then we'd be equal.

As drummed has said, we all pay the same taxes so we should receive the same services.

Right. I'd like to know what "treat your gray water" means, and it sounds very, very expensive.

    What is grey water?

Any washwater that has been used in the home, except water from toilets, is called grey water. Dish, shower, sink, and laundry water comprise 50-80% of residential "waste" water. This may be reused for other purposes, especially landscape irrigation.
