Same people who make all the repairs to the sewage systems in the cities. I think it is called The Government.

The state has spent billions on public sewerage schemes.

Those in mainly urban areas have all benefitted from this expenditure funded from taxes collected from urban and rural dwellers most of whom are on septic tank systems.

These rural dwellers have received no benefit whatever from this colossal state expenditure.

Now the state are upping the ante and introducing requirements that in all probablitiy will require rural dwellers to spend literally thousands on upgrading their treatment plants.

Its a question of spreading the taxation liability in a fair and transparent manner and therefor those whose septic tanks require upgrading should be grant aided in the same way that the millions of urban dwellers have received upgraded sewerage treatment facilities courtesy of all rural and urban taxpayers.

No, they've caved in on charging us 50 quid for doing the jobs their being paid for doing already.
Last i heard most of the water troubles were caused by the public system.
The one we're also paying for despite getting no benefit.

Grant fattened farmers and builders of huge Southforks in the country, who poison water on their neighbours, will be very happy tonight. Business as usual, crypto sporidium and all that.

Your an idiot if you think every septic tank owner is a farmer.
