Paying your debts is something everyone does. If you want to avoid pressure to pay then you should pay your debts.

If you want to blame someone (who is tenuously holding on to their bank job to feed their families) for doing their job then go ahead fool !

Bertie, Cowan et al are a more worthwhile target - they signed away the country - they accepted the debts and they orchestrated spending so much more than we are getting in - - this aint rocket science
Slow down everyone -People change, things go wrong. Just remember life goes on.

Just say you cannot pay your debts. Say you worked for TALK TALK (to give an example of slimy creep capitalism) and they made you redundant on minimum terms and with minimum notice. You have gone from a stressful but high paying job when overtime is taken into consideration to having the dole.

How is it justifiable or even sensible for the bank to pursue you to the point of despair to get money that clearly is not there?

I blame them every bit as much as I blame FF but most of all I blame capitalism --that wonderful equalising, market adjusting invisible clockwork that defines our culture and our system of living.
Never listen when they tell you that Man and the animals have a common interest, that the prosperity of the one is the prosperity of the others. It is all lies.
