there are three tiers in a capitalist society at least, the middle class exist now and did not do in Marx's time, socialism has never come to terms with the existence of this class....and wages have graduaklly risen over the past decade many parts of the third world, theya re not at acceptable levels yet but they are gettiung there and you will find that the jobs which to western eyes look exploitative are the most prized in many third world countries as they offer steady income, for many people in Asia and Africa the alternative is much worse, its not that we assume anyone supports the Cuban regime but if you are going to use horror stories from capitalism you must understand that we are going to use horror stories from socialism
