Shocking tapes released by Shell to Sea ! !

Just read the papers and listened to Morning Ireland to the Tape of the two women been arrested by the the young cops in Mayo

I will let people judge for themselves but it must be a very slow news day for this to be given such prominence

I wonder why this young American lady does not take the time to or even the slightest look at what goes on in her own country and look at police and army brutality there.
Never mind the profit she is giving to shell by flying half away around to world to protest here and use up valuable police time

    The edited recording here

The girls should have waited to be in court before releasing that. Chance missed.

They sound more D4 than yank to me. Disgusting behaviour from the guards in Mayo. Plus ca change ..........

So all you need to do to get arrested down in Mayo is to stand beside a tractor with a Shell To Sea banner. meanwhile throughout the rest of the country (most notably, Dublin's Liffey boardwalk) open drug dealing is condoned. What a state this country is in.

Irrespective of the content, I hope they are prosecuted for covertly recording the Gardaí and disseminating it on the net.

Is this the right forum ? Isnt their a justice section ?
Isnt the issue a little broader than 'shell to sea' ?
