I'm Terry Jones! - Another Pastor will burn the Koran on Saturday

Springfield Pastor Plans To Burn Quran - NewsChannel5.com | Nashville News, Weather & Sports

SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. - Springfield Pastor Bob Old said his decision to burn the Islamic holy book on September 11 has nothing to do with the agenda of the pastor in Florida or the controversy surrounding the mosque in New York.

He has his own reasons behind the demonstrations and no intentions of backing down.

"My plans for Saturday are to take a copy of the Quran and burn it," said Old.
I wonder will this guy be shut down like terry was?

He said the other two reasons are to teach Americans about their constitutional rights and to make them better Christians.
I may have to buy a copy of the koran myself to burn on Saturday, athiest ireland could learn a thing or two and try to challange the dumb blasphemy law here.

    Here's another one, in Kansas:

I'm not all for burning any thing but it might be no harm if a few bibles were burnt on this churches lawn. For christians I dont think God would mind and for dopes like Bob Old it might teach him about his constitutionsl rights

In order to cause maximum offence, and to ensure you get rapidly murdered, and then go to hell, make sure you get the koran in the original arabic. The only real koran is in arabic, as that is the language which god spoke to mohammed, and therefore constitutes the actual words of god. If you get the english version, then that is just a translation, and you will be sitting at home, watching the late late, drinking cha with a few marriettas, and waiting for the suicide bombers in vain. At max you might get a few admonitory postcards in response. You'll also only have to spend a few lifetimes in purgatory, rather than an eternity in the fiery furnace etc etc. If its worth doing, its worth doing right

Well, i say go ahead. Im so sick of this tiptoe around muslims bull, they
should be able to take other peoples view on board without being fanatic, oh wait i forgot they are reasonable level headed "moderate" muslims, NOT fanatics.
I dont hate anybody elses religion, wear your knees out i say, everybody has a right to practice their chosen religion, but, i also believe others have the right to disagree with said religion, without worldwide uproar and threat of death.

All copies of Al-Quran Al-Karim are in Arabic. They may have another language (e.g. English) but are always also printed in Arabic.

Well, I suppose it was only ever going to be a matter of time before Reverend Lovejoy got in on the act!

When you boil it all down the under lying message of the bible and the qu'ran is

    "Don't be a dick"

and how ironic is it that people who are most passionate about it are the biggest dicks on the planet.

Yeah, so a loyalist from Belfast mouths off to a nationalist in Fermoy, disagreeing
vehemently on all sorts of points, then burns the tricolor and stands holding
the English flag aloft saying this is the real way it should be. How do people
deal with this 'view' without becoming fanatic, frantic or frenetic?

Yes, equal opportunity offenders. How is that going to end up?

An eye for an eye makes the whole blind.
