Where were they when the CURRENT Iranian FM was in town a few weeks ago?

The good news is that they were out-numbered by people lining up to have their books signed, all they could muster was a miserable two hundred scumbags and because of them, businesses in Dublin had to suffer a loss of earnings.
Don't know, but I know where one of Tony Blair's buddies and ally in the illegal Iraq war was at that time.

I think Keith in a previous life in the 1840s Ireland, would have demonised any Irish people who were angry about the Corn Laws and saying that they brought "shame on Ireland" and they should queue up on the side of the road and starve to death with dignity and to be grateful to die for such a wonderful colonial empire.

Good question Keith-M and one I see that they haven't answered yet.

What was achieved in Northern Ireland does not mitigate what was done in Iraq and how it was achieved. An arrest warrant would have been more appropriate than eggs.

Strange the anger over Blair and yet very few out flowings of visceral hate for the current government.

The protests were a disgrace, but shame on Ireland? Ugly protests happen in all western coutries all the time and yet Ive never heard a German, Frenchman, American, Brit etc ever say they brought shame on the country. Only in Ireland.

I am convinced that either you have a shrine to Her Majesty the Queen in your home and/or that your barking mad.

Squire Allmight, bigger countries have been rather pragmatic about their relations with other countries. Blair may have erred in Iraq but on Northern Ireland he was the first British PM to really push for peace. Relations between Ireland and Britain under Blair were at their best at any time in Irish history.

I'd say a lot of them would have been in primary school when Saddam invaded Kuwait.
