But Ireland will maintain diplomatic relations with Israel. And they will be quite happy to maintain diplomatic relations with Israel. Get over yourself!

Israel undertakes these missions to kill actual enemies who've a record of themselves killing, usually defenseless people.
Tha'ts OK then. Just don't complain if any Israeli military/political (is there a difference?) thug gets knocked off in his hotel room, even better if they use Irish pasports to faciiitate it.

I await you retorting with the next fall-back line of the Israel apologist "Israel does not target civilians."

Where you go wrong is when you try to find moral equivalence between a state trying to protect its citizens and those who want to kill those citizens. And when it comes to this case you are 100% willing to believe that Israel was involved in this killing, without one single shred of evidence.

Yeah i know, I'm just an inveterate Israel basher. Only such a person could imagine even the remotest possibility of Israel being involved in this hit job. Which presumably must be why most Israelis also seem to think Israel was guilty.

I am amazed how the left demands we sever relations with Israel yet not a peep out of them about China, Cuba, Russia and numerous other countries with whom we have diplomatic relations and who have far worse human rights records.

So your saying, Israel didn't do it, but if they did, they were justified.

Really I don't care about your childish regional disputes. The point here is that your country is accused of stealing irish passports. They don't deny it. That theft is very damaging to my country.

Personally, I believe we should not only expell the israeli embassy, we sould also require Israelis to obtain Irish visas to enter this state.

None of those countries have stolen irish passports.

Get over yourself will you. Point me please to your indignant posts about an Irish passport being used by a jihadist involved in setting up the Glasgow bombing please. An attack on the citizens of a friendly state!

No doubt you're aware that these terrorists are indoctrinated and funded by Saudi Arabia, a nation whom our DFA permanently fellate despite having the most appalling human rights record of any, semi, developed country.

Just this week it seems we have again provided safe haven, and Irish passports, to another jihadist of the same stripe. Isn't it time we expelled the Saudi ambassador?
