Another massive FF stroke in Donegal.

FF ignoring democracy again. Shocking or funny? They went and passed a budget with only FF lads at the meeting.

An outrage. We have to make sure this gets out and that the whole national party is shamed by it.
"But do 'climategate' revelations justify the sceptics’ claims that this is “the final nail in the coffin” of global warming theory? Not at all. They damage the credibility of three or four scientists. They raise questions about the integrity of one or perhaps two out of several hundred lines of evidence."

After the presentations by council management and initial statements from the various political groupings on the council, we broke for lunch and it was agreed that we would reconvene the meeting and immediately adjourn to allow for discussions between the parties/ groupings.
Fianna Fáil chose to meet amongst them selves and the Sinn Féin group took up an invitation from the Fine Gael group to discuss their proposals.

As that meeting was constructive and some common ground was being found, we invited the Labour and Independent councillors to join us in the understanding that the Fianna Fáil group were still involved in their own meeting. Again, the extended group of 19 councillors were engaging on a constructive basis when we were interrupted to learn that the ten Fianna Fáil councillors had passed the budget in our absence on the technicality that a quorum of seven councillors is all that is required.
This is totally undemocratic. Absolutely disgraceful, on the part of the FF's.

However, what kind of mickey mouse CC is this where such huge decisions can be taken with only 7 members out of a total of 29?????? With that kind of 'technicality', they are looking for such trouble, as this.

The whole country will have to develop eyes in the back of our heads, to be up to FF. It is the culture of FF, to pull strokes like this.

especially now that the place is falling apart, the FFers still need to steal, and with resources short, they need to be more sneaky.

    Sure, you know their anthem:
