    Van Rompuy touts global governance.

    Towards the end of the video clip Van Rompuy states;

    "2009 is also the first year of global governance with the establishment of the G20 in the middle of the financial crisis"

    "The climate conference in Copenhagen is another step towards the global management of our planet"

    God be with the old days when Tommy O Fruitcake would be along to say it did not exist and u-tube videos were not to be believed.

    What sort of a loon tries to convince people not to believe their eyes.

    What a laugh, the stupid Irish mucksavages believed MagicArse and Enda the Eejit and voted for Lisbon.

    What they deserve is a giant flood to wash the silly suckers into the sea like what happened to the sodomites that were trying to ride Noah

    I see that you dig Herman the Belgian. Sure isn't world governance fantastic stuff, I can't get enough of it, I think that it's fantastic. I am lighting incense for Copenhagen right now. I am not paying enough in taxes.

    I will pray for you. But even more so I will pray that LennyLiver will raise about a billion euros in carbon taxes next month. The Irish deserve a good shafting.

    I hope Croak Patrick erupts in a supervolcano because all we are missing is a bit of fire and brimstone. Every FG muppet must be encased in 5000 degree lava.

    To quote Hamlet: "There is something rotten in the state of Denmark"

    Global Governance means Global Government. And Copenhagen means we will cede sovereignty to an unelected body for a fake crisis.

    Thanks Earlybird.

    Our Irish politicians make me sick.
    Cowardice asks the question - is it safe? Expediency asks the question - is it politic?
    Vanity asks the question - is it popular? But Conscience asks the question - is it right?
    And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular;but one must take it simply because it is right. -MLK

    GFlobal governance is actually a very good idea in some cases. In reigns in the power of bigger sttaes and ensures a level playing field. The WTO, the ICC are all examples of where sovereignty can and should be pooled for the betterment of all. I realise this doesn't suit the tinned food and ammo people living in bunkers in the Ozark mountains and their fellow travellers in the political world but then ignoring right wing crackpots is a good thing for the planet.
