I would have bet on us to bounce back if it wasn't for NAMA. Somebody will get a PhD someday for figuring out how a sparsely populated island destroyed itself over property.

Mayan ruins / Naman ruins... same old, same old. The soldiers of density haven't a clue, have they?

2 years time??.....Well looking into the crystal ball

Schools and hospitals overcrowded and understaffed.
If recovery starts abroad then emigration on a scale that'll make the 80's look mild
IMF take over the running of the country.
People still voting FF (depressing but inevitable)
City centres filled with shells of empty apartment blocks
    50% taxation on EVERYONE
Bertie in the Aras ( definitely foubarred then)
NAMA still the ticking timebomb as the clock runs down to national destruction
Kilkenny lose All Ireland senior hurling final to Leitrim (judgement day will be truly upon us)
