Social partners and any one with a vested interest cannot join so what is the point now especially as will be responsible for an organisation with no other reform scheduled.
Its amazing that in 2009 the government has to add legislation related to conflict of interest to a state board. Its also fairly clear that the problem is now just the Board.

I'd jump at it, nice money and the previous shower have set the bar so low, just showing up and breathing would be an improvement.
