Here's a scandal for you: Real money real people: The taxpayer (by grant) and a crippled woman have to pay a total of 11,000 for an over spec stair lift that costs 3,900 in Portugal (I priced the same model and spec) but when it's no longer required and still in running order it can't be used again.. Why. . there is no one recycling health aids or equipment. In addition you HAVE to go to the government Approved vendor for the stairlift who has NO competition. Business opportunity anyone?
