UK Minister - Right Wing Protests A "Return To Fascism"

A UK Cabinet Minister has claimed that far right wing protests against the Islamic community in the UK over the last few months is worryingly similar to fascist protests in the 1930's.

So do people think this is something to worry about, or hot air over a minor issue?

Right-Wing Groups Compared To 1930s Fascism Led By Oswald Mosley After Harrow Mosque Clashes | UK News | Sky News

Modern right-wing groups have "parallels" with 1930s-style fascism, a Cabinet minister has warned following violence at an anti-Islamic protest outside a mosque.
Another protest is planned again for today. I think its interesting to note that it is the counter protestors who seem to be causing most of the hassle, such as attacking police.

Sadly one of his fellow cabinet ministers managed to talk them up into an actual electoral alternative not too long back . While the rest of his cabinet have pretty much created the perfect conditions for these scum to thrive in

the racist far right and fascism is undoubtedly on the rise right accross europe but particularly in Britian . The stewards groups/anti-fascist action and red action succeeded in beating them off the streets during the 80s and early 90s but now theyre most definitely back. So theyll have to beaten off the streets once more sadly.

The UK Labour cabinet minister's claims, and the SKY news report, are totally misleading in this case.

The fact is that only about about 15 people turned up for a peaceful demonstration against the building of new “super-mosque” which has a minaret over 300ft high and is being build next to Harrow town hall.
Local residents in Harrow have been consistently against the creation of this mosque but Harrow council has ignored all local objections.

The demonstration was then confronted by hundreds of masked muslims who had been shipped in for a counter demonstration, and the original peaceful demonstration was called off.

The muslims then rioted, throwing bricks and bottles at the police and fighting amongst themselves.

The above are regular occurences in Britain now, where muslims are allowed to protest and demonstrate usually violently - but any demonstrations by white Brits are violently attacked - and the whites get the blame.

That's why Labour support is disappearing as the white working class turn to right wing groups like the BNP (a million votes at the last election)

And it’ll happen in Ireland before long.

interesting article from the Guardian on the EDL
English Defence League: chaotic alliance stirs up trouble on streets | World news | The Guardian

seems like they are aiming to recruit amongst football fans.

this could turn very nasty, very quickly.

It already has turned nasty - but what the Guardian fails to mention is the violence and involvement of the left wing fascist UAF, and who actually caused the violence and were then arrested in Birmingham - and it wasn't the motley group called the EDL.

i always find that somewhat ironic in the extreme - that the "anti fascist" UAF is itself violent, extreme and err... fascist.

a reminder for the UAF - this is what happened the last time the far-left sided with the Islamists - they ended up getting shot.

stop talking rubish . Taking a stand against fascism is no more siding with islamists than it is siding with zionists .
And it’ll happen in Ireland before long.
if the far right try it on in ireland theyll be taught the same message they were taught last time . And maybe this time they wont forget it .
