    Yates challenged him on Anglo funding Carroll.

    Dukes says

    "there are cases where it makes some sense to get a development to a stage where it can produce cash-flow"

    Asked why Anglo need a new HQ, as we now own Anglo, Dukes flaffed..

    dukes replys yes well thankfully the people criticising nama have clarified what they were saying

    not willing to accept lenihan was wrong??

    I wonder was anything resolved on the timing of the €68m loan? Lenny said that he wasn't aware of the specifics but that it was authorised before nationalisation - before we had control. Did Yates get Dukes to qualify the date?

    It seems Alan Dukes has been continuing with his Tallaght Strategy 24 years on. It didn't work the first time and it's not going to work now.

    Eh???? sorry, could you clarify? What have FF taken on board from FG re NAMA?
