As a socialist, what do you have against Dawkins and Co.?

    I'm genuinely interested to know.

Cael is diminishing his reputation here with every post he makes about Richard Dawkins.

It's like mocking the late Elvis Presley. Journalists from as far back as 1956 did, and then spent the rest of their lives cringing as they witnessed his extraordinary impact on the whole world. (Russell Brand and Kate Perry were at Graceland recently)

I was right about Elvis in the 50s and I know I'm definitely right about the importance of the very learned views of Richard Dawkins.

Seeing as Cael hasn't replied to my question, I'm assuming this is related to his/her thinking:

As John Lennon said, before Elvis there was nothing.

His Gospel music is particularly beautiful.

Yes it surprised the life out of me on, Elvis' Christmas Album 1957.

I was still undecided about whether or not I believed back then.

I guess I listen to it now the same as I listen to Beethoven's Missa Solemnis and all the rest of the lovely Sacred music. Very beautiful if a little misdirected.
