My personal favourite is Do we want Fascism?, a somewhat impartial look at the benefits and drawbacks of Mussolini/Hitler types of Fascism, and how they could be applied to America. It was written in 1934, so it's a very interesting read.

I bought it for $12 in a second-hand book shop in a barn near Canberra.

Unfortunately, mine's not autographed, but the author was "personally acquainted with leading characters in the Fascist drama, including Mussolini".
