The Irish Anti-War movement and anti-Semitism

I read in today's IT about the Jewhate-fest called the Al Aqsa Festival. It is an outrage that a terrorist organisation can hire the RDS and raise funds for the same crowd. The odious Richard Boyd Barret declared that "we must convince people that Israel has no right to exist". The Irish Anti-War Movement were prominent supporters of this charade and it really does show their reprehensible agenda of anti-Americanism and Antisemitism. Boyd Barret is another "right on" spoilt middle class brat.

It's odd how anti-Semitism has become acceptable in some sections of Western society thesedays. Some socialist hippie type stopped me on the street a couple of weeks ago to hand me a flyer about boycotting Israeli goods and when I asked would be be boycotting Arab nations who supply weapons to attack Israeli towns he waffled on about everything and anything to avoid an answer. I took it as a no and gave him back his flyer.

I never thought I would be defending Richard Boyd-Barrett, but saying Israel has no right to exist does not make you an anti-Semite, saying the Jews have no right to exist makes you an anti-Semite. I assume Boyd-Barrett wants a Palestine in which Jews and Arabs co-exist. This might in my view, but I imagine not in his view, lead to extermination of the Jews.

What is reprehensible is his co-operation with a fundamentalist Muslim organisation - assuming he is not a Muslim himself, which I assume he is not.

What is wrong with saying that Israel has no right to exist? It is a state founded on ethnic cleansing. Remember the atrocity as Deir Yassin.

Does this mean that you approve of the bible thumping settler tyrants in Palestine?

The left has a vice grip on public policy and discourse in Ireland, that is just as insane as allowing the right complete control.

Somethings are worth fighting for but handcuffing Ireland to global Jihad is fucking crazy- just look at what unquestioning tolerance of this rhetoric has lead to in britain- bring your suicide belt to work days.

I hate to labour the point, but RBB is a leading activist in the Anti-Nazi League.

To say this is weak....

I just like to add calling someone an anti-Semite because they stand against the Israeli state is just what the Israeli's would want you to do.
I am hopefully going to be able to attach a link to Former Israeli Minister Shulamit Aloni and you should hear from her mouth the tool of calling someone an anti-semite.
