Thats the level he operates at, consistently.
Rubbish. My issue was that the GAA initially promised action and fudged it. Things happen on fields of play all the time. The issue is the associations reaction to and stance on them.

Now, have you anything to add about Kerry?

No, I have nothing to say about Kerry. Bogmen damaging other bogmens pitch is of little interest to me.

What I have something to say about is you being a disingenuous little pr1ck.

I can talk about that all day, if you want.

dry your eyes, you aren't in your clubhouse. other opinions are tolerated here, if not within the GAA.

this thread is about the actions of the GAA in Kerry. if you have nothing to say on that, jog along

Marvellous. Ignore sporting fascists within the GAA destroying sports infrastructure out of malice.

I'm the problem for objecting to it.

This is a land dispute pure and simple.

Disputes like this happen all the time in Ireland, and Kerry has its own record in this area immortalised in print.

Today its about who has the right to exercise property rights over Castlemaine soccer pitch, tomorrow they'll be a row over squatters rights some where else....

Trying to impute "Sporting Fascism" is disingenous and betrays the poster's own prejudices. Trying to "big up" the dispute into another round of the culture wars about Irish Sport is also disingenous.

The place to settle land disputes is in Court.

Really? Other opinions? Why I almost forgot that I love soccer myself, such is my foaming at the mouth hatred for alternative opinions on.......er.....soccer. Freud would have a field day with that.

Im not trying to oppress your opinion. Im merely trying to get across to you what an odious little twerp you are.
Please dont oppress me in attempting to express my opinions.

So we ignore Duffy's comments last week about demanding inclusion in soccer projects.

We ignore the fact the GAA is trying to force inclusion in the Lusk project by political pressure.

We ignore the failed Tallaght court case.

We ignore the fact the GAA lobbied to have Landsdowne Road redesigned for free for them.

We ignore the fact the GAA lobbied to have Abbotstown redesigned for free for them.

Its just a local spat with football that happened to be organised at national level and fits into no pattern or policy.
