You can rephrase in a consistent manner if you want.
    That might help.

This is a semi-literate farrago. Please can you attempt to explain what on earth you mean?

There is only so much I can simplify it for you.
    Read it again.
    It will sink in eventually.

I can understand your dilemma. Rather like trying to explain something as simple as the difference between providing a tax exemption to somebody to enable them to generate revenue in the future and granting an exemption for no reason at all. Sometimes you just can't dumb things down enough for people

    Well said Garlandgreen.

It is a prerequisite of being a catholic that you disable all thought processes.

    Couldn't agree more.

The manner it is expressed is inconsistent. It may have no inconsistency in your mind but if so, you have failed to accurately express your thoughts as words.
Complete gibberish. What are you, an English teacher, drkpower? I'd say someone's been at the blood of christ down in the sacristy.

Bloody 'ell, captain, the noise of all those gunshots which caused your army deafness presumably affected your brain too....

The manner it is expressed is inconsistent. - Your theory of "no representation without taxation", as expressed in your post, is inconsistent.
It may have no inconsistency in your mind - You may think it is consistent
but if so, you have failed to accurately express your thoughts as words. - But if so, you havent made your thoughts clear in your post.

I'll let the Captain speak for himself but I'll venture that what I've said should have helped you're understanding a little

Hey drkpower, thanks for sobering up.

'The manner it is expressed is inconsistent' is a note you might find on the back of a hotel bedroom door in Bogota.

'It may have no inconsistency in your mind'. I get this bit. Thats why I said it.

'But if so, you have failed to accurately express your thoughts as words.' At least I haven't had a few people trying to figure out what the hell I'm saying.

Do yourself a favour, and I know that there have been recent scientific studies which show that the faithful on average have a lower IQ than atheists but there is no excuse for attempting a debate by selecting a word like 'inconsistency' and then plastering it with other words either side and hoping for the best.

We only get one spin around you know before the Big Disappointment. But at least I'll have 'sinned' a lot so there will be something interesting to review before said Disappointment. So please stop wasting people's time.

    Very poor Captain....

The "I dont understand what you are talking about" routine is hardly a new one to avoid ansering a question/explaining yourself.
Its a particularly poor technique when what I said, while maybe not the Queens english, was perfectly understandable.
But its really pathetic when you just lob the odd insult and fail to address my points even after I clarify...!

But the army is hardly renowned for its bright sparks, so i'll forgive you this time...

Just when I thought no more entertainment could be wrung out of this lunatic thread along you come to stir it up again. It's easy to spot when drkpower is beaten - he starts to argue over syntax.

    Thanks Cap'n - very enjoyable!
