Farm payments scheme

Just looked for this under Culture and Community because according to the description it covers rural affairs... but,

I beleive that the Department of Agriculture published details of payments to farmers from yesterday (1st October), but I can't find any link to individual payments to farmers on the Deaptments website

So... can anyone help with a link, and tell me, what payments are covered.

I'm having a bit of an argument here with some lads at work, as I am under the impression that only certain scheme payments are being published at this time i.e. Area Aid, Reps etc, but not the details of the Single Farm Supplement, which I heard the Minister say on the radio two days ago, could not be published until at least 6 months after the date that the Department recieved the details (why, I do not know)

So... anyone help with the link ?

The Single Farm Payment is not going up until April but the recipients of the other range of payments are now available.

Yes... it's actually to settle a bet I want the details... personally, I couldn't care what farmer got what
