Samsung use Irish language to get ahead in Irish market

    Crazy bastards!

Samsung is to launch an Irish-language mobile phone. The high-end device, called the Tocco, will have full predictive texting in Irish, as well as other main European languages.

The manufacturer, which is chasing second spot inthe Irish mobile market, will spend E500,000 in Ireland advertising the Samsung Tocco, which will be a fully touch-screen device.

Very good development. I personally don't use (I can't figure it out properly anyway) predictive text but its a very good development alright.

I'm sure some people will use the Irish language phone, it's not as dead as you think.

Hmm - I couldn't figure out how to use my Samsung phone in English. It's going to be great fun as Gaeilge!

Predictive text is easy to use providing you have the ability to spell
