Personally I would rather if our political parties came out in favour of setting up a new station. If Fine Gael don't come out and say in the short to medium term that we are in favour of one I will be leaving them.

Now is as good a time as any to ask the political parties if they are in favour of a new station. One of the Irish language mediae should carry out an analysis to see what parties are in favour of one.

Alternatively, they could write a business plan for a new station broadcasting in Irish and seek money from private investors for it.
