Hmmm....interesting. Danny McGrain's Indymedia article claimed Harris was
influenced by B&ICO's ideas,and other commentators have claimed strong
similarities between them. I don't have any actual proof that Harris based
his ideas on theirs, though (hence my reference to the "long-standing rumour").
