Should we change the flag of Ireland?

What are people's opinions on changing Ireland's flag?

Is there a need to come up with a flag that better represents our country to the world or is our current one more than adequate at doing so.
Should there be alterations to the current flag to include a harp or shamrock in the white centre like the maple leaf on the Canadian tricolour.
Should we revert back to the traditional green flag with the gold harp?

Definitely very tacky looking don't like it all. They must get rid of this orange, white and green thing as it is catching up here on the kerbstones in places. It is also associated with the ira. Why does there have to be green in it anyway? Can it not be blue or something different everything for ireland is bloody green for god sake. Maybe even some unique colour like turquoise?

Well in my opinion the harp beats the dirty nappy hands down

Edit : The harp would look better on a royal blue background though.
