The Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS in Benue State has repatriated 26 Cameroonian and Guinean nationals who came into the country illegally.Speaking to newsmen at Government House, Makurdi, last Friday, Yahaya Inusa, State Controller of Immigration said the illegal aliens came in through the borders which he noted are always porous.“You know the porosity of the borders, we can never at any time contain them,” Inusa stressed.The state Immigration boss who said he came to brief the governor of the state, Dr Gabriel Suswam, on the daily activity of the Service in the state, said the screening of expatriates is a daily exercise to ensure that those who come to Nigeria without legal papers are shown the way out.The visit of the Immigration may also not be unconnected with the alleged threat by the notorious Boko Haram sect to attack the state, a development that has occasioned intensive security surveillance across the state.

It was a perfectly decent thread, with over 50 pages of genuine posts, until a small number of posters decided to hijack and whole thing in order to silence the discussion. Just because you disagree with the premise of a thread, that doesn't give you the right to derail it with a barage of trolling.
