    Please tell me...
I'm sorry but I'm not sure that I belive the graduate stat in that article, in nearly every graduate program I know off pay was either equal for all the people on it, or it was dictated by how you had done in college, also positive discrimination was used in subjects that had more men than women that made it a 50/50 mix on the program!

    And........

"90% of radio presenters were male.............." Of course thats the case, women aren't funny!

So fairly soon something is going to give and it will be my job, as no reduced hours/ job share is available.

But what about earning the same amount as obsessive, testosterone driven men who work seventy five hour weeks? Isn't that your dream?

I fear I have been grossly misinformed. Somebody should make a law about that.

Yeah, well, that's just the human condition. You can't have it all. No-one ever has, unless they've got the money already. Men have always known that they got dealt the card of not spending the time they'd like with their kids, and don't get the choice. So, that choice is largely made for us anyway, irrespective of what we want. Women do get the choice, but it's a choice where all the options are poor, because you'll have to give up on one area if you want fully to go down another. Which, again, is just the human condition, not oppression.

Brings to mind the title of a song "Its hard to be a woman" -sob.

Do you mean 'Stand By Your Man'?

Kinda strange choice for a feminist anthem?!
