    Take the quick questionaire
    http://www.beliefnet.com/section/quiz/i ... urveyID=40

You will be rated from 0(total believer) to 100(total atheist). Most people like me will probably be somewhere in the middle.

Quiz: Are You an Atheist or a Believer?

You scored 74, on a scale of 0 to 100.

Adamant Atheist. You are unconvinced by religious arguments and feel that faith does more harm than good.

I got 88. It's not a great survey and either tries to shoehorn you into an angry mini-Dawkins or someone who just can't make up their mind.

Agree with pidge. Sounds like it was designed by a 14 year old.

They should have "You ARE Richard Dawkins" if you score 100.

I'm an agnostic apparently. It looks like it was designed by an absolutist evangelical

The only mature philosophical position is agnosticism. The evidence against there being a God is more substantial than the evidence for one but both the extreme positions are in and of themselves acts of faith. Neither can be conclusively proven.

Descartes Metamorphoses is an apt work where he brilliantly argues with the demon only to take a large jump of faith to invert his logic in an attempt to prove there is a God. It is more reasonable to state there is no conclusive evidence one way or another.

Speaking of Descartes he is often translated as having written the “Conito ergo sum” as “I think therefore I am”. An alternative reading of this is “As a man thinks, he is”. This will tell you a lot about either side in this debate.
