Well Atheism is only really a new religion so it's got a ways to go yet. But certainly the militant atheists are annoying enough to make one want to blow one's self up... if that counts.

But Christians had the crusades, Muslims had 9/11, I'm sure the Atheists will have some sort of mass killing period in the future.
    A poster of some consequence...

Exactly. Atheism is simply an assertion that no god exists. It has no normative content. Theists need to recognize this and lay off their simplistic assertions.

Nonsense. Atheists have nothing in common with religion and is not any form of religion.

The original suicide bombers were Russian anarchists in the late nineteenth century, records indicate that there were plenty of atheists among kamikaze pilots, and it would be surprising if there were none among the Tamil Tigers.

The most dangerous military stratagem was organised by King Goujian of Yue (present-day Shanghai, northern Zhejiang and southern Jiangsu) in 496 BC. King Goujian's army was known for forcing their front line, composed of criminals sentenced to death, to commit suicide by decapitating themselves to scare their enemy before battle. If they refused their whole family was killed.
I watched with glee, while your kings and queens, fought for ten decades for the gods they made.

This displays ignorance of the fundemental difference between dogmatic belief and rational analysis. Really a period of reflection and study would be useful before entering into further debate on this thread.

If I may rephrase your question, when was the last time you heard of an atheist blowing themselves up in the name of atheism, why would they it's not a belief system.

Or rephrase your question and paraphrase Richard Dawkins.
