    Republican Cork stands proud

The true Republican people of Cork came out in their thousands to welcome Queen Elizabeth to the city. They did so as proud Irish citiizens who stand equal to the citizens of every other country. They treated the Queen with the courtesy due to any leader of a friendly nation.

In doing so they rejected the narrowminded attitude of Sinn Fein who are bogged down in history, who claim to support the ideals of equality of esteem but only when it applies to them.

If the Unionists and Loyalists can come to Dublin to honour Irishmen who fought and died in WW1 it really shows the pygmy brains operating in Sinn Fein. Hopefully those who vote for these gob************************es will think again

What a load of revisionist crap. How can people who claim to be rebels or Irish Republicans welcome someone who claims jurisdiction over six of Ireland's counties, it is extremely hypocritical. Welcome your master if you want but how dare you claim to be Irish Republicans or rebels.

Well done to Cork. Between 25,000 and 30,000 lined the streets according to media reports.

If that is true then I cant wait for Dublin to play Cork again in the GAA because rebels will be replaced with licks.

Is that how insecure you are?

    Really?

What did you think people would do? Throw fruit at her?

Mature as a Nation, will you ever get over yourself and cop on.

The Head of State of our nearest neighbour visited and we received her graciously. As is per usual all over the world. You must be some tool to actually believe that we some how matured in the last three days.

    Pathetic really

A shower who couldn't give a feck if six counties of your own country stay in foreign hands.....republican my behind

Free Staters - nothing more, nothing less my revisionist friend. I have nothing against Britain or its people, but their head of state will never be welcome while they hold claim on our country.
