    Dont know m,ate. Perhaps it has something to do with a civil servant satying its not his/her job to download the file and send it to a fellow civil servant whop believes its not his/her job to receive it.

    It doesn't matter any way because I am of the opinion that the payment of this charge will give me more power to seek the services for which i am paying. You are obviously of a different opinion. Its your entitlement. As for being taxed on the double, if you really looked into it, our overall tax rates are lower than other countries, yet many sections of Irish society believe they are entitled to better services. I'll pay my way and I'll seek what is coming to me. If there is an imbalance there, well, that simply will make up the confines of the fight.
