Boundary Commission to Slice up Cavan

In formed reports, show Cavan's East to go into Meath and the west to go into Co. Leitrim, Leaving the first 2 seater in the history of the state being Co. Cavan, Who are the losers and gainers should this happen ?

Would the country be better off if Cavan did not exist? What is its purpose?
