This is probably a wonderful opportunity to bring Alan Kelly, Mick Wallace and Claire Daly under the collective protection of the new alliance being forged by both Varadkar and Martin.

Err ... shall we go with this trite ordure? OK: give it a whirl.

The Border issue was established as an EU27 "red line" long ago. Not because of any pressure from Dublin. Not even to sic one on Westminster. Simply because an open border between the Free Market and A.N.Other is nonsense on stilts.

Thus, today, we have the fragrant and ineffable Catharine Letitia posing at the "Swiss/German/French border":
to see how political will and co operation and technology makes ... crossings smooth.

Meanwhile Arlene thinks the Irish government are plotting to use Brexit as a way of getting a united Ireland.
Oh and she has lashed out at Richard Haass calling him "biased" as well.

Foster also accused the US diplomat Richard Haass, who chaired political talks in the province in 2013, of bias after he claimed talks about returning power sharing to Northern Ireland were being hampered by the UK government being “wedded” to the DUP.

Foster, who has agreed to back the UK government in return for extra funding for Northern Ireland, said his comments were wrong. She added: “It shows that sometimes when independent people are brought in they are sometimes not very independent.”
This is what passes for politics within the DUP. The "Everybody is out to get us" mentality is alive and well.........................

The election is orchestrated to turn the pressure up on the U.K. by putting the caretaker government in a position where it cannot green light anything.

One massive stroke. Think about it.
I think we may be giving both FF and FG too much credit.

All good rhetoric in store for her "God Fearing" zealots at their annual FTP conference.
