Default Blackout: New Muslim Youth Violence in France

The French Interior Ministry has issued orders to the prefects not to communicate to the media the crime statistics for the nights of July 13-15. The cartoon at the top shows Marianne, the woman symbolizing the French Republic, watching the "official" weather report, “More sun tomorrow” it says, as it pours outside. Le Monde has a long article about the news blackout:

[...] Only the figures for the night of July 13-14 were published: "Some 500 vehicles" were burned, the worst ever recorded for the eve of the national holiday. Despite repeated requests to the Interior Ministry, and the DGPN [similar to the FBI], no figures were forthcoming for the night of July 14-15. These orders have been strictly applied. The different prefectures contacted by Le Monde refused to respond, citing "ministerial instructions." Regional news media reported the same problem. The daily La Provence issued an unofficial report that was much less favorable than 2008: 41 cars and a day-care center in Marseilles burned. […]

Pity there isn't a news blackout of the violence at the July 12th marches in the North too. That story is so repetitive, predictable and bloody boring at this stage.

Vive la France. They might be right by not giving publicity to rent a mob.

It has nothing to do with "young muslims". It's scumbags in the flats. Just like in every other country. Each year the scumbags in different "cités" in Lille, Paris, Lyon, Marseile and Strasburg try to out do each other in the amount of cars burned. It's like the scumbag olympics or something. The fact that some (to be fair the majority) of them are muslim has nothing to do with it.
You wouldn't say "Young Catholics in Limerick deal drugs", yet I bet the majority of drug dealers in Limerick were raised as catholics.

it has everything to do with "young Muslims". Race not class is the driving force behind these race riots. That is the reason the French government has ordered the cover up and disgracefully silenced the press in a supposedly democratic country.

Yeah, they're kowtowing to the muslims....because the muslims have the magic beard power and that allows them control the liberal PC pinko bit-too-gay media who hate goodness and decency and stuff.....

I'd take the same attitude to this as I would to alleged racists attacks. If it's a crime prosecute the perpetrator. Their motivation is irrelevant. If someone burns out your car it doesn't matter if they were making a political point or just high on crack. The law should deal with them in the same way. Lock them up.

Really, is buring cars writen into the Quran or the Hadiths?
Sure the press is controlled in France, just like in most other countries, except in France it's controlled by Sarkozy's friends and financers like Bouygue and Bolloré. Sarko is notoriously racsist so why would he want to hide information that would validate him?
So what about these Catholic drug dealing, murdering gangs in Dublin and Limerick then?

It's the idolatory that pushes them to do it of course. If they don't steal, they can't afford new Rosaries and statues.....
