I could care less whay MPAC think.

However, there are a couple of issues.

Firstly, the incidence of sexual crimes against children in Muslim countires appears to be much lower than in the western world. I am no Islamophile but I find it curious as to why this is the case and what lessons Christians and secularists in the West should take from this.

Secondly, I note the insiduous Amnesty International are up to their usual tricks in campaigning for the paedophile rapist and muderer.

Amnesty said there were reports that al-Ramaly may have been suffering from a psychological disorder.

In the 1950s and 60s similar arguments of 'psychological disorder' were used of homosexuals, look at their position today! Europe with its relative morality is in real danger of implosion, Islam offers a solution for this malaise. And before someone utters the word 'homophobe' , I reject your terminology. I don't fear homosexuals - I hate them: http://mpac.ie/2009/11/04/ad-hominem...m-1-homophobe/

Nope, Either isolation from society or castration for those the experts judge likely to re-offend would be the absolute most extreme punishment I could countenance.
Crucifixion is a torture-punishment as well as execution.
Typical barbarity from people several hundred years behind the rest of the world in every way.
I would rather see Ireland sink beneath the waves then see the same kind of "law" at work here.
Not that it ever will of course

Because it is not caught.
The islamic clerics rule the same way as catholic cleric ruled here except with much more power.
It is well known within Iran for instance that a high ranking member of the theocracy likes his little boys.
