Default Tribunal leaks are coming from FF

Is it not clear to everyone that FF themselves are leaking info about the Taoiseachs finances to the media?

Why wouldn't they?

It is in their interests for the the media to raise the ire of the electorate re. Bertie's private life, because they know that the electorate will vent that ire by voting FF.

And why would anyone else do it, given that they could end up in the High Court a la Geraldine Kennedy?

The Opposition need to expose this conspiracy very soon. Poor Bertie is the only game in town at the moment.

as 40% vote ff it does suggest there is a 2 in 5 chance that the leaks are coming from a ff supporter outside of the maths in reality there is no way a ffer leaked these stories in my humble opinion

Bertie and FF are claiming that someone else is leaking the documents.

On what evidence is that claim based?

The leaks are not coming directly from a Tribunal employee. McDowell has said the info came from numerous sources.

FF are leaking the same documents that are in pocession of the tribunal.

That's hardly an argument.

I have no idea who is leaking these stories. But apparently a number of people do know, and it's an anti-FF lawyer

Why would someone who is anti-FF leak documents about the Taoiseach's finances when it is clear to everyone that exposing the Taoiseach's private life to the media gives FF an electoral benefit?

If I worked for the Tribunal and was anti-FF, I would be suppressing this info.

It is widely known that the leaks are coming from within FF - and has been since the autumn. The only argument is whether it is someone close to Bertie, or someone close to Albert Reynolds.

Mary Harney knows exactly who it behind it!
